BCBA SUPERVISION AND STAFF MANAGEMENT

Catalog description

Examination of the existing evidence-based approaches to supervision in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Students will learn to establish clear performance expectations, outcomes, and performance evaluations for the supervisee and the supervisor. Behavior Skills Training (BST) will be explored as an effective strategy for staff training and supervision.
