Introduction to the Spanish language, focusing on the nature between language and Hispanic cultures. Emphasis on developing grammatical competence and communicative skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish. Not open to native speakers of Spanish. Lab required. 0-2 years high school Spanish or equivalent. Not open to native speakers of Spanish.
