This course focuses on the use of the New Jersey Client Oriented Data Acquisition Process (C.O.D.A.P.) in the assessment and formulation of a treatment plan for alcohol and drug abuse clients. Topics include goal setting, contracting, and a discussion of specific interventions to address clients' alcohol and drug abuse problems. (Previously NJCU Course SOCI-314)
