1 section
Catalog description
This course is designed to provide a survey of the most often used projective instruments (Rorschach, TAT, Sentence Completion, Projective Drawings, etc.), which contribute to the assessment of personality. Students will be introduced to the projective hypothesis and the psychometrics underlying these instruments. The primary focus, however, will be on the development of clinical skills regarding the administration, scoring, interpretation, and communication of data obtained from these instruments. Ethical and cultural factors related to projective data will also be discussed.
