PART-TIME EXTERNSHIP IN SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGY - PART A

Catalog description

Part-time supervised field work in school psychology. Taken for l credit in the fall semester, from September through December, in a school setting for a minimum of 480 hours ( 1200 hours is required for school psychology certification). PSYD 6093 is taken in the spring semester, from January through June, in a school setting for a minimum of 720 hours. Extems must be available during the regular school day. Graded on a credit granted/no credit basis. Completion of PSYD 6090 /6091 over 1 year or PSYD 6092 /6093 over two years is required for all students in the Professional Diploma Program in School Psychology.
