Catalog description

This course increases students' understanding of growth processes, which occur in different types of group settings, particularly in-group counseling. Group procedures are part of the course and the goal is to enable students to function as group counselors. Emphasis is placed on the dynamics in dealing with students at all levels of school settings. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor. (Previously NJCU Course PSYC-625)
