In this course, students will develop greater self-awareness and personal growththrough the study of personality and the coping mechanisms necessary foradjustment to everyday stresses and frustrations. They will also develop adeeper understanding of the psychological, and social factors that shape andinfluence their thoughts and behaviors and the thoughts and behaviors of others.
