This course will focus on rehabilitation and counseling approaches from the substance abuse field including self-help, 12 step, therapeutic community, and detoxification. The unique application of these approaches, as well as approaches borrowed from the mental health field, such as psycho-education. Admission to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, BS, Psychology/Psychiatric Rehabilitation. Formerly PSRT 3251.
