ANALYTICAL METHODS IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

Catalog description

This course is the introduction to statistical methods and data analysis for decision making in the public sector. It is the first part of a three-course sequence ( PA 5988 , PA 5989 , and PA 5990 ) on research methods and analysis in public policy and management. This course will provide a basic understanding of analytical methods for public management. This course will allow students to summarize large quantities of data in a concise way that helps students focus on what is important for the decisions made in public policy and government management.
