This course introduces program languages, data visualization techniques, geographic information system, and artificial intelligence. The current public, nonprofit, and healthcare services environment involves evidence-based decision making and scientific reasoning. This course will provide a basic understanding of technical tools to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions. This course will allow students to manage big data in their work place in an effective way that helps students focus on what is important for the decisions made in public policy and public, nonprofit, and healthcare services administration.
