INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

Catalog description

This course introduces the student to integrative medicine modalities and current evidence-based integrative medicine interventions. Students will develop the skills necessary to design, implement and manage these interventions. There is a focus on the role of integrative medicine in social justice and for underserved communities. Students will select a community in New Jersey and, based on that community's health needs assessment, design an evidence-based integrative health program.
