This course addresses the management of clinical programming for clients in long term care, assisted living, and adult day care settings. Students learn and apply medical terminology in programming for long term care clients and residents. The role and impact of quality, environment, essential services, client's rights, the Ombudsman, and staff-client relationships are explored in this course that a required course for the certificate in Nursing Home.
