This course provides an overview of all planning tasks and effective strategic and intercultural communication for governments, health care, and non-profit managers. The preparation of strategic planning documents and professional communication strategies in planning and assessment are discussed. The importance of data-based planning and communication, guided by stakeholder and SWOT analysis is emphasized.
