Catalog description

This course covers an advanced understanding of the role of the manager related to legal and ethical issues in the workplace. Also, the impacts of membership in dominate and non-dominate cultures on an employee’s work experiences; how and why stereotyping, prejudice, bias and discrimination continue to be pervasive in the workplace; and institutional and individual actions that can be applied to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
