This course provides an overview of the nonprofit sector, including its historical development, the role of nonprofits in society, management practices, fundraising, governance, volunteer management, financial management, legal and ethical issues, and trends affecting nonprofit organizations. Through lectures, case studies, guest speakers, and group projects, students will gain practical insights into the challenges and opportunities within nonprofit management.
