Catalog description

Through community-based service experiences at hospitals, offices of public officials, non-profit agencies, etc. students will learn how to apply a systematic perspective when examining the social economic and political forces in shaping the role and impact of public administration. The field experience will be integrated into the course through readings, reflective writing, group discussion and other activities.
