Catalog description
This course explores the history, philosophy, scope and professional responsibilities of occupational therapy practice. Official documents and professional expectations are reinforced and applied to orient all students to the profession’s expectations and to facilitate the student's professional identity and development to become competent members of intra and interprofessional teams. Each student will create and implement a plan to address individualized personal and professional responsibilities that are consistent with current accepted standards and long-term professional goals.
