Analysis and integration of communication theories to nursing management. The clinical practicum will focus on the application of advanced concepts in health care leadership, conflict management, health work environments change strategies, ethics, human resources, innovation management, inter-professional collaboration and organizational governance. Required for MSN Students in Leadership and Community Health Nursing tracks, must be taken concurrently with NURS 5020 . Clinical clearance required.
