Catalog description

Examines the challenges of leading teams in complex contemporary operating environments. Instructors highlight course of action development, analysis, the execution of orders, and the achievement of mission success. Students develop greater self awareness as they assess their own leadership styles and practice communication and team building skills while studying the theoretical basis of situational and contingent leadership. Students analyze recent and historical military case studies to gain insight into the importance and practice of teamwork and techniques in real-world scenarios.
