Catalog description

This course explores the key issues associated with the design and management of warehousing and material handling. This is survey course intended to expose students to a vast arrar of issues in warehousing and material handling. Successful students will become familiar with important considerations in warehouse activity profiling, warehouse perforance measures, warehouse automation, receiving, order picking, warehouse layout, and warehouse work-force development.
