Catalog description

This course emphasizes key business and legal issues relevant to growth oriented entrepreneurship (i.e. entrepreneurship over the life cycle of a business venture from startup enterprise, to more mature business entity). The course will mix academic concepts with practical application. Students will learn to anticipate future consequences of current. (Previously NJCU Course MGMT-323)
