Catalog description

This course examines the geography and some of the diverse peoples of Latin America. Topics may include prehistoric societies, ethnicity and race, gender and sexuality, U.S.-Latin America relationships, migration patterns, and globalization. Students will gain expertise in one particular country of Latin America through an extended research project. (Previously NJCU Course LATI-114)
