The purpose of the course is to develop classroom and behind-the-wheel perceptual (IPDE) instructional skills. Students explore the habits, attitudes, and practices confronting drivers. Instructional strategies that can be applied to a six hour defensive driving course are also developed. (Previously NJCU Course HLTH-503)
