After reviewing basic concepts of strategic management, this course focuses on the strategic challenges confronting MNC's in the global economy. We will explore the process, assumptions, and set of tools that international managers use to develop and implement a firm's global strategy. The main objective is to have an enhanced understanding of the most fundamental question in global strategic management: What determines the international success and failure of companies.
