Elementary Chinese II

Catalog description

Continuation of Elementary Chinese I (LANG 141). This course is intended for students whose objective is a working knowledge of standard Mandarin Chinese. While stressing the development of oral communication, the course will acquaint students with Chinese characters, and provide opportunities for discussion of Chinese customs and cultural attitudes. Recommended for students with little or no previous knowledge of Chinese. (Previously NJCU Course LANG-142)
