Catalog description

This course provides an overview of the laws and industry regulations governing financial reporting and investment management. A code of ethics and professional standards of practice are interpreted in the context of specific situations, including insider trading and soft dollar arrangements. Global performance presentation and statistical reporting practices are discussed. Pre-Requisites: BUSI 603 Quantitative Methods. (Previously NJCU Course FINC-770)
