Catalog description

This course focuses on financial industry regulations and compliance. Topics include regulations’ impact on financial industry and regulatory compliance by different types of financial institutions, such as commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies, central counterparties. It will also cover regulations on various risk disciplines and risk management activities. (Previously NJCU Course FINC-720)
