This course focuses on planning secure retirements for individuals and designingretirement plans for businesses. Topics include: integration of personal savings, social security and employer retirement plans; reconciling conflicting needs of employees, owners, and cost considerations in the pension plan design; deferred compensation; and non-qualified executive benefit plans.
