Catalog description

This course addresses the processes, methods and techniques that organizations use to manage their business information systems projects. The course covers a systematic methodology for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. The course demonstrates that project management involves both the use of organizational and contracted resources from outside the organization. (Previously NJCU Course FINC-417)
