Book and Magazine Design

Catalog description

This course is intended to build professional abilities for designing books and magazines, including design structure, visual identity and technical requirements for production of multiple-paged publications. Students will be instructed in the relationship between type, image, and a dynamically paced sequence to create a narratives and editorial designs across multiple pages. Advanced projects, readings and discussion enhance the graduate experience. (Previously NJCU Course ART-673)
