Elementary art education including analytical study of the artistic process, artistic development of children, identification of national and state standards, formulation of lesson plans, teaching procedures for normative and special needs populations, applications to the edTPA or currently mandated assessment tool, implications to topical areas of thesis research. Fall semester only. Writing emphasis course.
