Environmental laws protect the environment and human health, and regulate the use of natural resources. This course introduces the central concepts and theories underlying environmental laws and the politics of U.S. environmental policy making, as well as the history of environmental laws and environmental policy debates, while engaging students in community-based active learning. (Previously NJCU Course EESC-210)
