INDEP STUDY FOR ENGLISH MAJORS

Catalog description

Opportunity for English majors of advanced ability to pursue in a concentrated manner a specific area of study in literature, language, or writing not available through current course offerings. Approximately forty-five hours of supervised work, research, and/or writing required for each credit hour. May be used for portfolio-based degree completion. May be repeated for credit. Only six credits may be applied toward the 120 credits for graduation.
