Catalog description

Reflective study of teaching and curriculum, with emphasis on the clinical internship in multicultural, inclusive classrooms. Candidates will complete the content appropriate edTPA portfolio. Students will utilize appropriate research and communication skills to analyze classroom dynamics, apply knowledge of individual differences in development to learning in the classroom, make teaching decisions and use varied instructional formats. Classroom management and organizational strategies are examined.
