Teacher candidates learn to use ongoing assessment for planning programs that respond to the needs, interests, and abilities of all children in diverse, urban classrooms. Teacher candidates learn to use tools to collect information and analyze children's progress. To ensure positive outcomes for children, teacher educators need to manage and analyze data in multiple ways to make informed programmatic decisions. (Previously NJCU Course ECE-607)
