History of Dance II surveys dance traditions of India, Bali, Java, Cambodia, China, Japan, and Africa, providing insights to the political, historical, and socioeconomic contexts of each region. Students will learn the interconnectedness between non-concertized dance forms and the concertized dance forms previously studied in the History of Dance I. (Previously NJCU Course MDT-252)
