Theory Studies II – Dance Anatomy applies the basic anatomical principles for a deeper understanding of the dancing body. Students will gain a basic understanding of body mechanics and how that relates to the field of dance, including: extensive anatomical vocabulary, common dance-related injuries, and self-care techniques to treat/prevent injury. (Previously NJCU Course MDT-212)
