Advanced practical training and theoretical understanding of mediators and mediation. Under- standing the tradition, history, and theory be- hind mediation, as well as implications of/for alternative dispute resolution, and practical hands on training in the communication processes of mediation. Gradute level course. Prerequisite: Admission to the graduate program or instructor permission.
