Catalog description

This course provides an overview of the laws which criminalize cybercrime and regulate the cyber platform and cyber space. Topics will relate to jurisdictional concerns, constraints, and challenges that emerge within cybercrime investigations. This course will also provide an in depth examination of issues related to privacy protection, individual rights, and cyber liberties.
