Trial Process II

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with an overview of trial advocacy skills and processes. Numerous simulations (opening statements, direct and cross examination of witnesses, summations) are conducted throughout the semester. Students will form a team and compete against other universities in the American Mock Trial Association competition. (Previously NJCU Course CJ-309)
