ADVANCED ORGANIC PREPARATIONS

Catalog description

An advanced laboratory course designed to give the student a broader background in the synthesis of organic compounds. Students will perform multi-step syntheses including named reactions, reactions under inert atmosphere reaction conditions, and utilize industry standard chemical drawing software and electronic notebook skills. (1 hr lecture and 6 hrs lab)
