Catalog description

By hands on participation, students in this course will be introduced to the theory and techniques of the modern organic chemistry laboratory such as extraction, thin layer chromatography, purification, and gas-liquid chromatography. The student will apply these techniques to the synthesis of organic molecules from several important functional group classes. (Previously NJCU Course CHEM-2207)
