Advanced Coun Techniques

Catalog description

This course provides students with an in-depth study of advanced counseling techniques with an emphasis on developing their own proficiency. Students will learn theoretical perspectives, fundamental benefits, and common factors facilitating change in counseling. Through experiential components, students are given opportunity to practice techniques while applying cultural sensitivity and ethical values. (Previously NJCU Course COUN-680)
