This course presents a critical review of the behavioral and neuro-physiological aspects of normal and dysfunctional auditory processing. Auditory-linguistic and cognitive factors contributing to auditory processing disorders (APD) are discussed. Assessment and intervention strategies for APD are identified and illustrated.
