This lecture course discusses the mammalian immune system and immune responses to infection,with particular emphasis on the human. An overview of immune cells, tissues and organs leads to a detailed discussion of the functions of each type of immune molecule and cell. The immune responses to infectious disease and cancer are examined. (Previously NJCU Course BIOL-404)
