FIELD BIOLOGY:TERRESTRIAL SYSTEMS

Field-based course that provides the opportunity to collect biological data in terrestrial ecosystems, while applying current field research methods. Emphasis will be on observation, species identification, field notes, sampling methods, observational and experimental study design, mapping, data analysis, and scientific writing. (3 hours lecture / 3 hours lab).
