This course is an introduction to corporate governance and the key frameworks and techniques of internal control, including information quality, compliance, the COSO framework, and IT controls. Students learn about the design of effective and efficient internal controls to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. (Previously NJCU Course ACCT-450)
