Introduces students to the principles and practices of lean operations in relation to the field of logistics. Incorporates a lean simulation activity and examples from lean practitioners in the management of supply chain operations. Discusses core lean principles with an emphasis on work cells and Just In Time (JIT) practices. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours)/
