Provides instruction on the basic concepts of a safety culture and hazard prediction training. Introduces the fundamental 5S process, the Toyota Production System for Maintenance, the Toyota Problem Solving method, the Toyota Drive and Dedication model, and the Toyota Maintenance Reliability Process and Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis. Lecture: 5 credits (75 contact hours).
