Introduces the methods and equipment necessary for the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic and wind electrical generation systems. Covers the standards and requirements set forth by the National Electrical Code and the National Association of Certified Energy Practitioners for alternative energy electrical generation systems. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours). Laboratory: 1 credit (30 contact hours).
